The Festive Chef Experience Menu has launched and its below!
This is the menu that will be served in all our venues for the Private Chef Experience for Winter and into early Spring 2022.
~~Starter~~
A baked Camembert for two to share served with warm baked sourdough
~~ Main Course~~
The main course is prepared in front of you using our Fire Pit to prepare the steaks:
Rib eye steak per person
Mushroom and pepper sauce
Rocket Parmesan salad
Ratatouille
Thyme garlic new potatoes
~~Desert~~
The dessert is prepared in front of you using the fire pit:
Bananas flamed in rum and finished with sugar
served with a date sponge and double cream

From the moment we walked along the path way I knew this place would exceed my expectations. It's like your own private ski chalet with everything you can think of. The attention to detail is incredible - it's pure luxury but at one with nature. Cooking steak on the fire pit, watching TV from the hot tub, sleeping and showering outdoors, honestly feel like the last 24 hrs was a dream.
