The Festive Chef Experience Menu has launched and its below!
This is the menu that will be served in all our venues for the Private Chef Experience for Winter and into early Spring 2022.
A baked Camembert for two to share served with warm baked sourdough
~~ Main Course~~
The main course is prepared in front of you using our Fire Pit to prepare the steaks:
Rib eye steak per person
Mushroom and pepper sauce
Rocket Parmesan salad
Thyme garlic new potatoes
The dessert is prepared in front of you using the fire pit:
Bananas flamed in rum and finished with sugar
served with a date sponge and double cream

"Where to start... Victoria's place is absolutely incredible - one of a kind. The photos don't do it justice! The setting of the woodlands is perfect - so private and calm. The dome is a gorgeous place to relax and eat and the hot tub is magical! The cabin is lovely too and has so many beautiful touches. I can't recommend this place highly enough and we are already planning our next visit."
