Secret Cabins love to make your stay with as special as possible. We have a list of extra touches you can add to your booking. These are available in all of our venues.
As you are confirming your booking with us the optional extras section will appear as part of the booking process. You will be able to add in any extras you may wish to include. Upon arrival for your stay they will already be set up and waiting for you to instantly enjoy!
We can create bundles or grouping of ceiling balloons which can be placed above beds or in the living spaces. Whether its a celebration or just a romantic break these add a little extra touch! Balloons will be red unless you specify otherwise in the comments box what colour you would like.
These LED 'LOVE' Lights add an extra bit of romance and sentiment to any stay.
Fancy a bottle of bubbly to celebrate your stay? Then you can add a bottle of Veuve Clicquot champagne to your stay. Your champers will be ready at your venue for your arrival. Perfect to toast your staycation with Secret Cabins. The bottle style will vary but it will always be VC.
You can order Afternoon Tea for two to be waiting for you on arrival at your chosen venue. The Afternoon Tea for each person includes: mixed sandwiches, artisan crisps, a large homemade scone with clotted cream and jam, dainty little treats, large slice of cake, tea and coffee. The image is the portion for one guest - you get two of this. Please see full Afternoon Tea details on the Extras page. This must be booked no later than two weeks before your stay.
Add extra special touches to your stay with rose petals! We can sprinkle rose petals over your bed for your stay, to add a little extra romance and surprise.
You can opt for number balloons - the price is for two balloons of a digit each. Please let us know the numbers you would like
Want to mark a Birthday with a neon Happy Birthday sign? Then this one is for you! We will set up the sign for you so it's ready and waiting for you as you walk into your venue. A little extra to make a Birthday extra special.
The experience includes a magnum of champagne and for your time with us use of a magnum ice bucket and magnum pouring gun! (Magnum pouring gun and bucket are only hired for your stay not to be taken home as a souvenir!).
We go that extra mile to decorate the bed with petals and battery powered candles to create a stunning heart design to create that special romantic touch. If you note your initials in the feedback box we will add those to the design. The image here is on the Crib bed.
Add a bottle of bubbles to your stay! Your bottle of prosecco will be waiting for you on arrival at your venue. It is perfect for you to enjoy in the hot tub or around the fire pit table. Presentation will vary depending on venue.
You can add an early check in to your stay to be able to arrive one hour earlier. The early check in is only an additional one hour and cannot be earlier than that. This must be booked in advance of your stay and if you are within two weeks of your stay date this cannot be added. Please be advised your arrival email will have the standard check in time specified but this entitles you to a one hour earlier arrival which we will email to confirm.
You can add a delayed check out to your stay to be able to leave the venue one hour later. The delayed check out is only an additional one hour and cannot be extended. This must be booked in advance of your stay and if you are within two weeks of your stay date this cannot be added. Please be advised your arrival email will have the standard check out time specified but this entitles you to a one hour delayed check out which we will email to confirm.
Say 'Will you Marry Me?' in a way to remember... Here at Secret Cabins you can have this stunning Marry Me heart set up prior to your arrival so you can walk in and surprise the love of your life. We recommend a blindfold for a real impact....

You can add a balloon garland to your venue - you need to add the quantity of garland you want as it comes in 1 metre measurements. You can also let us know where you would want this garland to go in your chosen venue and in what colours. Please add In the comment box your chosen colours and placement. Please add the quantity of garland you want by selecting the number of metres you want when buying. 1 metre is £45.
8 ft balloon heart arch which can be placed at the entry to the venues or in the garden of your chosen venue to add an extra romantic flare to any arrival.
You can have a 1m hoop with balloons and neon sign added to your stay to make a loved ones moment even more special. In the comments box please add the colour of balloons you would like.
You can have a clear balloon with feathers inside with your own personalised message ready in the venue for your arrival. In the comment box please confirm the wording you would like, colour of the base balloons and ribbon and what colour you would like the inside feathers to be. If no colour is give the red as shown in the example will be done for you. Personalisation - you can have three lines of text. Max of 2 words on the top line, 3 words in the middle and 2 on the lower line. If your message exceeds the amount we will reword your message to make it fit for you.

If you are booking a stay with to propose, do let us know how we can help you make this moment as magical and memorable as possible. Please note we do not allow external suppliers as we like to use our trusted brand partners. Should you wish to use external suppliers please contact us direct to discuss. All extras must be booked no later than two weeks prior to your stay.
