Whether you have booked to stay with Secret Cabins or looking to book with us, here is where you will find all the Secret Cabin details.
The overnight venues of the Cabin, Cruiser and Crib all come with:
Each venue has personal extra features and their own individual styles - for these details please see the individual venue pages.
Each venue has the check in and out times on its accommodation page. These will also appear on your booking confirmation emails. We sadly cannot alter check in or out times due to our cleaning and staffing procedures. To ensure the venue is ready for you please arrive at the time of check in not prior.
Every Secret Cabins venue has a folder with full venue details inside. On arrival please read through the folder to see how everything works. We encourage you to read this incase information from your booking email has changed.
If you make a booking online you will automatially get a confirmation email with all the details of your stay. Please check the junk folder as these will often get sent to spam. If you do not appear to have recieved your email please let us know as soon as possible, either by emailing us or using the website contact box . Please include the name on the booking, date of stay, venue booked and re confirm your email address. We can then resend you your confirmation email. If you cannot find your confirmation email with arrival details on - please contact us no later than 48 hours before your stay so we can get this re sent to you.
Our overnight accomodations are based in Storrington, West Sussex in the UK. Post Code - RH20 4BJ. The closest station is Pulborough or Arundel, with Horsham and Worthing Stations being slightly further away.

All of our accommodation is self catering- no food is provided or available on site.
The Cabin, The Crib and The Cruiser all come with a fridge/freezer, microwave oven, fire pit table with a griddle (for cooking) and hob in your venue, so you are welcome to bring your own food and drink for your stay. You are also welcome to order takeaways when with us - you can find takeaway details in the venue folder pack on arrival and some we recommend are detailed below. We are nearby to Storrington so you can visit the local café and pubs. All cutlery and crockery is provided for your stay but please wash up what you use. We also offer the additional extra of a Private Chef Experience and Afternoon Tea for Two but please note the terms and conditions for this below.

Please note on arrival the chef will need you to be present to commence cooking. They will wait for 20minutes but if no response from you via phone or inside the venue, and they have not seen you they will leave and you will still be charged. The Chef may turn up 20-30 minutes before the stated time to begin prep. The chefs are not based on site and are via a third party, if they cancel at short notice we will do our best to find a different chef but we cannot offer refunds on stays or move your date should the chef cancel.
We take no responsiblity for chef bookings or any dietary/allergic reactions.
Afternoon Tea for Two Terms and Conditions -
The Afternoon Tea for Two must be booked two weeks prior to your stay. They can cater for Vegan, Gluten Free and Vegetarian dietary requirements but need five working days notice - when booking please note dietary requirements in the comment box. If you cancel your stay or rearrange your stay you may be charged 50% of the Afternoon Tea costs. The Afternoon Tea is made in a facility with nuts but it can be made without nuts - please contact us if you have a nut allergy and wish to order the Afternoon Tea for Two. If the Afternoon Tea is cancelled we cannot reschedule your stay due to this. The contents will be boxed up in the fridge for you to open on arrival. Scones may be heated or eaten cold. No specific order of cakes can be made. The Afternoon Tea is provided by a third party supplier and we take no responsibility for reactions or allergies. The items are wrapped off site and will not be opened by us on site. If you book the Afternoon Tea and then wish to cancel it, we need two weeks notice.
During your stay if anything is not working, you would like replacing or is unsatisfactory please notify us straight away via text to the on-site number. The team will then endeavour to get it sorted for you and rectify it whilst you are on-site. Please notify us of any issues when on site so we can deal with issues immediately, and if compensation is required we can handle it directly with you immedaitely on site.
We do not allow additional guests to come and visit you during your stay at this current time. Those booked to stay are the only guests allowed on the premises. Each venue is for TWO guests only.
We are sadly a no animal venue. Please note if you do arrive with a pet you will be asked to leave.
You will be given a contact number for when you are on site for your stay with us. When on site should you require assistance the contact times are: 10.30am -8pm. Outside of these times if there is an emergency please call 999. For all bookings and booking queries please email us on - firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be advised it can take up to 48-72 hours to have an email response. We do not handle any booking queries or changes via Instagram or text message.

We can organise various décor or special touches to make your stay with us truly memorable. We get many requests for birthdays, anniversaries and proposals which we love to help you with! Please see our extras page to explore this in more detail. Please note if you wish to book extras, this needs to be done two weeks prior to your stay (the Private chef experience has a different booking timeline, which you can find on the Private Chef page).
If you have already booked your stay with us and wish to add extras on to your stay - please email us at: email@example.com and we will happily arrange this for you. Please note, all extras must be booked two weeks in advance of your stay.
We do not have a minimum night stay requirement for booking with us.
We provide two sets of towels per person, one for the bathroom and the other for the hot tub. There will also be complimentary robes and slippers for you to enjoy during your stay. Please use the grey towels for the hot tub.
We are a no smoking venue. All properties are fitted with smoke alarms and fire extinguishers are under the sinks in all properties. Please see below for implications if you are found to be smoking on the premises under ' Damages and Stolen Items'.
We take no responsbility for guests or their personal items in or around water. You enjoy the hot tubs at your own personal risk. Some of our venues have water features such as ponds or lakes which guests must take care around. Swimming in the lake / ponds is forbidden.
All Venues have the following:
Kitchen - Double Egberts Pure Gold & Decaf coffee, PG Tips tea bags, Silver Spoon white & Demerara sugar, Lotus Biscoff x2, Semi skimmed milk in packet form, toilet rolls x2, Fairy washing up liquid, salt and pepper.
All Venues have the following:
Bathroom - x2 medium white bath towels, x2 hand towels, x1 bath mat, x2 white robes and x2 pairs of spa slippers.
Venues that have Hot Tubs also come with - x2 large grey hot tub towels
We kindly ask guests not to bring speakers with them as these are banned on site. The outdoor screens have speakers which you can use for music outdoors but for the enjoyment of all guests over the site, we cannot permit guests to bring their own sound systems.

They are a third party supplier and Secret Cabins does not handle any bookings. Any reactions to the treatments are not the responsibility of Secret Cabins.
We have beautiful copper embossed gift vouchers available. Our vouchers start from £100 and go up in multiples of £100. If you would like a gift voucher, please email us or use the 'Contact Us' page with the amount, the address to send the voucher too, whether you want the voucher filled in or left blank and the recipient's name. We will then contact you to take payment. Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
The owners have pet cats that occasionally roam around and sometimes come to say hello! Do feel able to gently send them on there way or send a text to the onsite number to ask for them to come and remove them.
Each venue has complimentary private parking with 24hr CCTV. We take no responsbility for cars or items left in cars during your stay. The spaces are included in the price of the venue and are either shared/seperate. Every venue has seperate parking apart from the Crib which is shared.
Our cancellation, refund and rescheduling policy is the same for all venues. If we cancel (due to lockdown restrictions), we will reschedule you. If you cancel outside of 2 weeks of the date of your booking, we will reschedule you or offer a refund. If you cancel within 2 weeks and we resell your date, we reschedule you but if we do not resell your date we need 70% of the booking cost as a cancellation fee. If you cancel within 7 working days of your booking I am afraid we cannot offer a refund. Should you wish to reschedule your stay we need 2 weeks notice otherwise the same charges apply as per cancellations. The 2 weeks notice requirement does not include the date of stay so it is up to the day before. When cancelling always email us at - firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help. Please note we charge a 15% fee on all refunds that we make (venue and extras). All refunds are issued on Thursdays and can take up to 15 working days to reach your account depending on your bank. Please note that should you have a complimentary stay with us - the above policy with regards to timings still applies and within this, we cannot reschedule you.
All of our venues are provided with complimentary products and toiletries to use during your stay. These include - Shampoo and conditoner, cleansing bar, massage oil and body wash.
Sadly we do not allow candles in any of our venues.
Sadly we do not hold any venues without funds due to high demand. Your date is not secure unless funds have been provided to confirm the date.
We sometimes will change the decor internally and externally of the venues depending on cleaning or stylistic changes.
Please also be aware that all the spaces are open and come with gardens and are set in nature, therefore this does mean occasional instances linking to the outdoors that are out of our control. This may include leaves on pathways in high winds, birds flying about and bird calls in the morning, frogs, bird droppings post cleans outside. short power cuts, WiFi connectivity issues and rain. Please do not feed the birds when on site or approach them - especially the swans. Please note that the outdoor spaces at not heated as they are outside. However, we do provide lots of blankets and rugs to snuggle under and enjoy.
Each of of our venues are seperate with no shared faciltiies - apart from depending on your venue parking.
If you want to have items deliviered to the site prior to your stay please be aware these must happen during the hours of 9am - 5pm to ensure someone is on site to accept them. We also charge a £10 fee for storage, handling and admin. We can only hold items up to 2 days in advance of your stay and take no responsbility for the items when on site. Extra costs may be charged if some items need to be frigerated.
We understand plans change and you can have two complimentary reschedules but this must be outside of two weeks of your original stay date. Please see cancellations for prices of rescheduling inside of two weeks.For three or more reschedules we will charge £100 per change,
You are welcome to bring your baby with you but do bring along any amenities or travel cots required. We do not hold or have any equipment for children/babies on site. Please note that each of our accommodations is close to water and we take no responsilbity for any children/infants and the water. It is best to check with us if wanting to bring children with you as some venues are better than others to accommodate this due to space.
If you steal any of the items from our venues we will charge you for the items missing. If you damage the properties or our interior décor we will also charge you. Our accommodation means the world to us and we want to ensure they are kept beautifully for all guests.
We reserve the right to ask you to leave the property or cancel any extra experiences (Chef or Falconry) if you are found to be damaging the venue, smoking or using drugs. If you are found to be doing any of these and you leave the property or have experiences cancelled NO refunds will be given. We do not allow any drugs or helium cannisters on site.
Please always check the date as soon as you get your confirmation email so you know you have booked the correct venue. If you realise you need to change the date please notify us immediately by email so we can amend this for you. If you are in close proximity to the booking you may be charged a fee to move the date if its too late for us to resell it. If you book a date which passes and then you realise you had booked the wrong date, and you believe you had a date booked in the future, I am afraid you will still be charged.
Please note if you are rude to any member of staff during your stay you will be asked to leave the premise immediately.
Occasionally Helicopters will land in one the adjacent fields to the venue. Although this is rare if you do hear one we apologise for the brief noise disturbance. Please note, we do not offer helicopter rides as an extra at this time.
Secret Cabins takes no responsbility or liability for guests whilst on site, it is up to the guest to conduct themselves safely and with care whilst on the site. Secret Cabins takes no responsiblity for items on site - either in the venues or if left in guest's cars. Secret Cabins is not responsible for any vehicles on site and it is up to the drivers to drive carefully on the premises. Under no circumstances can Secret Cabins be held responsible for injury, damages or losses to individuals, cars or items. Secret Cabins take no responsbility for persons or items around water in any venues.
If we find a venue after your stay to have any blood traces or any evidence of an argument/disturbance, we will call and notify the policy as a duty of care.
We occasionally get requests for no alcohol related decor in the venue, we cannot remove our decor that relates to alchol or bottles in these instances. Secret Cabins previously included a bottle of prosseco on arrival but this is ending as of October 2022 - please be aware and apologies if this causes an inconvience for guests.
Due to our venues all having hot tubs and being a mixture of indoor/outdoor we have all crockery, cutlery and glassware that is suitable for all those enviroments. All venues do not have glass equipment for saftey but have an on brand sylish alternative.
Secret Cabins takes no responsibility should guests book treatments direct with our third party supplier. We do not take responsbility for funds or any reactions guests may have to the treatments.
If you have left any belongings in one of the venues please email us straight away. Please let us know the specific details of the item, what venue you stayed in and where it is likely to be. The price for all items to be sent back to you is £15 (if the item is heavier then the cost may increase).
We will lower costs the closer it gets to a stay date/month if they are still available. We cannot refund you if you opt to change the date of your stay to a new date in the same month of your stay for a reduced rate. We cannot refund you the difference if the stays around your stay have dropped. The refund fee will apply if you change for an alternate month and require a refund.
When you book with Secret Cabins you automatically are added to our Mail Shot list for SC updates. If you wish to be removed from this list just email us and we will do so.
IThe Cabana is a DAY VENUE ONLY. This is purely to enjoy in the daytime hours. You cannot sleep or stay over in this venue. The venue is for two persons like all of our venues. Belongings are left in the Beach Hut at your own risk. Parking is in the Bluebird carpark and cars are left at your own risk. There is no toilet facilities or running water as it is a beach hut. You can buy refreshments or use the facilities next to the Bluebird Cafe. All items in the Beach Hut must remain in the Beach Hut. You will be charged for damages and stolen items. Please lock the hut up securely upon departure. You can only use the hut between 10.30am and 9pm. You can only use the Cabana as a guest of Secret Cabins on the day of your check in or day of your check out - it is not open to the public. You cannot book or have extras in the Cabana. No food or drink comes with the Cabana - it is self catering. The Cabana is located on Ferring beach - it is not located with the other venues.
