We are thrilled to offer our Secret Cabins guests the option to book a Private Chef Experience. This optional extra, gives you the option of booking a taste sensation dining experience whilst in our luxury setting.
When looking to book the experience please make sure you have read all the details below carefully.
Whilst considering our private chef experiece, please take a look at the menu options as shown below along with the cost, terms and conditions. If you decide to proceed please select a menu from the four options and email our chef directly providing the following details...
The chef will then contact you to confirm your booking and timings along with payment details etc.
£150 per person (for two people the total cost is £300).
You have the option to add a wine pairing to the main course. Each menu has a wine pairing option price below. which is price for the bottle. Wine pairing cannot be by the glass.
Jamie Bailey - "I co-own the White Hart in Pulborough next to Stopham bridge along with my Wife, Brother -in -law and Sister- in -law. I have been a chef for the past 24 years and have worked in 7 different kitchens over the years. The White Hart is a gastro pub. I skilfully plan our menus and evolve our food throughout the different seasons. I try to use the finest locally sourced seasonal ingredients where possible to ensure our food is outstanding. My goal has been to create and serve classic dishes with quality ingredients paired with great wine. Here at Secret Cabins, I would love to offer you the Private Chef dining experience and take you on a journey to excite your taste buds by cooking delicious and flavourful dishes. I believe the dining experience is more than just cooking a meal and involves putting together a blend of tasty ingredients to create unique mouth-watering flavours that go beyond the sensory experience. I look forward to sharing my expertise."
