Terms and Conditions:
- 48 hours notice must be given for cancelling any appointments. If you are within 48 hours a fee of £50 will be charged.
- All appointments require full payment at point of booking to secure the time slot desired
- Treatments can be booked individually or potentially as a side by side couples treatment depending on therapist availability
- Medical Conditions- On booking a treatment with Charlotte you must discuss any medical conditions, pregnancy or if you are breast feeding with your therapist and at the time of your booking. If you have any uncertainty you must seek medical advice from your doctor. A comprehensive consultation will be carried out by your therapist before your treatment. Please be aware that some conditions will mean that you cannot have certain treatments and you may not be able to have a treatment that day or your therapist will suggest an alternative treatment. This will not be discounted.
- Pregnancy- No massage treatments are allowed to take place on pregnant clients. Facials are allowed but please discuss with your therapist so they can adapt your treatment accordingly
- Mobile Beauty Etiquette Your mobile beautician may arrive up to 10 minutes before the start of your treatment. This will allow her to set up the equipment. If for any reason your mobile therapist is over 30 minutes late, for reasons beyond her control, and the therapist still has time to carry out your treatment you will be offered 50% of your treatment price. If the therapist is over 30 minutes late and does not have time to fully carry out your treatment you will receive a full refund. If you are late for your treatment your treatment time will be cut where necessary.
- Data Security- Personal details taken from clients during consultation procedures will be kept safe and in the strictest confidence
- Alcohol or drug use- A therapist is able to refuse treatment or stop at any point during treatment time if they believe that the client is intoxicated in any way. No refund will be given if this is the case. This is for the safety of both the client & the therapist
- Full Refund - Should a beautician not show up due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be made to you.
- Zero refund will be given in any instance were our therapist turns up at your door, and you are unavailable to let them in - the therapist will only wait for 15 minutes before departure . Please be ready at the stated time you discuss with your therapist.
- All Beauty Treatments are run by a third party provider. Secret Cabins takes zero responsiblity for any part of the booking process, treatments, aftermath or the transfer of funds for a treatment.
